The gamepad control is optimized for Xbox 360 Wired Controller, but other controllers can also be mapped. The game also includes mouse support, but only in the Play Designer. The game features full 3D DirectX 11 graphics, physics-based tackles and ball mechanics, and full motion capture animation. Players can easily customize the game with any popular editing tools using the open-source team files in XML and PNG formats.
